Program Description

Olympic Weightlifting at CrossFit Sea Dog is designed for athletes who want to refine technique and build explosive strength. This program centers on mastering the snatch and clean & jerk through structured, progressive programming. Our lifting program is developed in collaboration with American Muscle Weightlifting by David and Jared Flemming, delivering expert-level methodology. 


Athletes focus on barbell positioning, speed under the bar, mobility, and overall strength development. Train on dedicated Olympic lifting platforms using high-quality equipment at our Jupiter and Royal Palm Beach locations. Coaches provide individualized feedback to ensure safe, technical, and effective lifts.
