CrossFit at CrossFit Sea Dog and CrossFit Sea Dog South is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program designed to improve every aspect of your fitness. Through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity, our workouts develop endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.Each one-hour class includes a structured warm-up, skill or strength development, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and guided cooldown. Our experienced coaches scale every workout to your ability level, ensuring you train safely while progressing consistently.
With leadership from Adam’s professional sports performance background and Kelli’s expertise in physical therapy and mobility, our programming balances intensity with proper mechanics. Both our Jupiter (4050 South US Highway 1) and Royal Palm Beach (583 105th Avenue North) facilities are fully equipped with premium equipment and Olympic lifting platforms.
