WELCOME TO CROSSFIT SEADOG
Welcome to CrossFit Sea Dog’s 2,700 sq.ft facility located in the Bluffs Shopping Center across from Juno Beach Pier. At CrossFit Sea Dog we are outfitted with some of the best equipment on the market from Vulcan Strength and we offer Olympic lifting platforms designed to provide the stability needed when lifting to allow you to focus on all weightlifting movements.
At CrossFit Sea Dog we have a priority to our clients and their families where we treat everyone as they are members of our own family. We have a superb member lounge area for you to relax before or after your workout. Take time to grab a cup of coffee, protein shake or drink and relax to watch some t.v. or catch up with other class mates before or after your WOD. We have a separate space for your children, so you don’t have to worry about them while you take time for yourself. We also provide two bathrooms equipped with showers for those of you that have to get to work after your class. Along with all these great aspects of the gym we also have something that I think this day and age with be a must and very beneficial to our members.
WHAT MAKES OUR FACILITY DIFFERENT?
During this time we realize that the safety and well being of you and your family is of utmost importance; that is why we will have a Sanidyne Ultraviolet Sanitizer that we will use twice a day to sterilize the gym equipment and air! We want all of our members to be able to work out and stay healthy while not having to worry about microgerms. This device utilizes ultraviolet disinfection for air and exposed surfaces by utilization of 8 STER-L-RAY High Output Germicidal Ultraviolet Lamps. These lamps generate high levels of germicidal ultraviolet radiation lethal to infectious microorganisms such as bacteria, mold and virus. In additional to our normal cleaning and sanitation of the gym, we will be running this device twice a day – once after the morning classes and once in the evening after the last class. We hope adding this extra added service to keep our gym not only clean but also free from potentially harmful microorganisms.
