This has been a long process in the making, but the time has finally come. Our CrossFit gym is located in Bluffs Shopping Center at 4050 S US Hwy 1 Suite 312 Jupiter FL. It will house all brand new, state of the art, Vulcan Strength equipment and have classes tailored to all ages and all types of lifestyles. We will have a dedicated member lounge for you to relax after or before your WOD. There also will be a safe area for your kids to be while you work out. We will have separate men and women’s showers for your convenience. We will be utilizing Wodify for all of our memberships and workouts.
With my affiliation with American Muscle Weightlifting, I plan on having Olympic Lifting structured classes and seminars hosted by Jared and Dave Fleming.
